Track Designer Online/App

Hi, I'm new. Recently got back into Scalextric after a 20 year gap (I now have children, so they are the "excuse"  😀)

I have quite a bit of track, so would like to plan out digitally before building. The catch is that I don't own a PC. We get by with a Chromebook and several android devices (don't judge!)

From what I can tell, all the Track Designer software(s) that are available require a PC or Mac. I can't find an online tool, nor an Android/iOS app.

Anyone know of any? Or am I, as I suspect, going to have to design tracks the old fashioned way  😀

Still designing the old way here.

But at slotracer.online, they have numerous track plans as do other slot sites.

Just looking at ads of sets will reveal quite a few designs.

You probably own the classic system with round snaps as opposed to the deeper slot sport system with straight snaps of the last 20 years.

That alone will require connectors to use digital powerbases and lane changers with the older track.

So if it is classic, you might want to sell it off and convert to 21st century track.

I am not aware of any mobile device enabled apps.. I user Ultimate Racer as I can create my own parts in it like the super long straight and th 90° R2 curve.

Thanks for the replies both. Looks like I'll need to make do without software, but thanks for the tip on looking at other track plans. Good shout.

Actually, my track is sport. I adopted a friends "Crash n Bash" in the summer, and got some extra cars and track from eBay. And I just took the plunge and got an Arc Pro. And i love it. 3+ cars on the same 2 lane track?!? I'd have considered that some kind of black magic when I was a kid!

Anyway, my own kids like playing with it also......but they also refer to it as "Daddy's Scalextric". So they understand  😆
