Personalise Your Race
Customise your profile by racing as one of the pre-existing characters or use the filters in the app to create a crazy profile picture!
There is also the option to add your own soundtrack from your library, and race with the left-handed or right-handed controls.
Versus Mode
With two Scalextric Spark Plug dongles you can unlock versus mode. This mode allows you to boost your own speed or restrict your opponents for a more tactical racing experience.
The Scalextric Spark Plug is compatible with most Android and IOS devices, and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Scalextric Spark Plug Sets
Batman vs Joker
For comic book fans we have a Batman vs Joker race set with themed character cars and an exciting track layout including a jump, crossroads, and side swipe, creating your very own superhero must have Scalextric set! Now the battle takes to the track, the aim of the game is to stay on the track whilst trying to knock your opponent off. Every time a car crashes off the track they lose a life, this is measured by the app. Each player has 9 lives, the first to lose all is out of the race!

Formula E
For the motorsport fans or big groups/families, the Scalextric Spark Plug Formula E set can have up to 12 players – 2 drivers and a team of 5 additional pit crew. The pit crew can deploy power ups and are assigned an in-app pit crew position, including chief mechanic and lollipop. These players must effectively complete mini games as a tea to successfully complete the pit crew challenge!

Compatibility
We have recently discovered there may be some compatibility issues with certain Scalextric cars and the Spark Plug Wireless Dongle.
This is due to a particular Scalextric slimline motor being used in a minority of our cars, mostly in single seaters and smaller cars. This motor draws a greater current than our standard Scalextric motor, and this additional current required to run the motor combined with the weight of the car, stronger magnatraction and overall track length can cause the dongle to temporarily shut down. Going forward, Scalextric cars produced from Spring 2021 onwards will have a new motor that will not be affected by this. It will be stated on the packaging and our website whether or not this car is compatible with the Spark Plug Wireless Dongle. For cars produced before this time, the list below can be seen as to what cars carry the Scalextric Slimline motor and therefore might not be compatible with the Spark Plug Wireless Dongle. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
