As a slot car subject, the cars from The Professionals have long been overlooked, but the classic series featured some very exciting car chases, shootouts, fist fights and espionage plots that made it incredibly thrilling. Inspired by American cop shows, it stood-out from the other British dramas of the time with its gritty, fast-paced action.

Slot cars fans have been calling for the classic Ford Capri 3.0S models from the show to be made in Scalextric form for a while now. With a shiny new license and some highly detailed slot car Ford Capri moulds, we finally have what you want. These two Ford Capri models represent the screen-famous cars driven by CI5 agents Bodie and Doyle in the classic British TV series, The Professionals. This popular TV show aired from 1977 to 1983, gaining a cult following as hooked viewers watched the characters take on the dangerous criminal underworld.

The cars became as recognisable as the agents, with their bold colours and distinctive stylings. As the CI5 agents raced around to bring justice to their city, their trusty cars were always at the forefront of the action.

The show has long since disappeared from our TV screens, but the legacy lives on in these incredible slot car designs.
